Price will be completely individualized and based on the time it takes to complete a basic clean, any pre-approved changes that are discussed at the time of your estimate, and the frequency we clean your home. The price will also depend on the square footage of your home, condition, and other factors such as number of people and pets, clutter and lifestyle.
- The most convenient way; you may leave a key on the file in our key safe. **Note: Your key is coded as soon as it enters our office. It will be stored in a locked key storage box that only management can access. The day of your cleaning, your key is matched to your work order. At the end of the day, your team returns all the keys to management who then places the key back into the secure box.**
- You may provide an access code for your garage door.
- You may leave a key at a prearranged place at your residence.
- You may meet the cleaning team. If you wish to meet your team, we can coordinate arrival time.
That is not a problem, our employees are all pet-friendly. However we recommend keeping them caged while your house is being cleaned.
We’re promoting healthy homes, and offices by wearing masks if you want us, cleaning and disinfecting our tools, and following stringent social distancing measures. We also use professional grade cleaning supplies & disinfectants, and make sure our staff is healthy before they enter your home.

No, many of our clients have us clean, while they are away or at work. You may give us a key before the clean for us to keep safe on file. You may leave a key in a designated place for us, or you may meet the cleaner. Also you are welcome to either stay or leave during the clean.
We try to schedule your appointment to best accommodate your schedule during the week. We are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
We believe our services will not only meet but exceed your expectations. We also know that when dealing with many different people, we cannot make everyone happy. If we clean your home and if you are not 100% satisfied, please call us and we will discuss the situation. if needed we will return to your home to re-clean the area free of charge.
